The rooms were clean and nice. The employees were very polite and cheerful. However they are sorely understaffed in the dining area! Take note, Mr. Manager!

Everyone was simply superb, from check-in, to Secueity (Thank you again Eric for your help with my bike), help on my bike to Juan Carlos the GM who was constantly meeting and helping guests throughout the hotel, to Pauliano (?) serving breakfast (buffet was good value), and to Veronica, lovely and professional at Reception. I've been travelling for the past 6 months and this is probably the best-run hotel I've come across. Gracias a todos! ***Make sure your directions are set out beforehand as the hotel is very easy to miss!
